7 Sessions of Speed Begins Orlando Plyometrics with 3 time Olympic sprint medalist Michael Mathieu. For ages 12+. Every Wednesday May 17-June 28, 7-8pm at Englewood Community Center Indoors. Speed and agility is key to becoming a good floorball player.
